When will my order arrive?
This depends on the shipping company and delivery representative selected. We work with a group of shipping representatives based in major cities. It generally takes less than 1 day for the order to be confirmed.
Do you deliver outside the country?
Currently, the shipping companies we work with deliver only within the country and to certain cities specified on the delivery page.
What if the product has a manufacturing defect?
You should read the return policy to learn about the return and exchange conditions. If the product has a defect and a return has been agreed upon, the company’s shipping cost will be calculated and the shipping fee will be refunded to the customer. As for the value of the product, it will not be charged to the customer in accordance with the return policy.
